Theo Wieder, Partner


Theo will be responsible for commercial strategy, having over 8 years’ experience across a range of sectors and companies.

As a senior executive at Ernst and Young in their corporate finance strategy division, Theo completed over 20 projects including the commercial due diligence for the £100m acquisition of Evans Cycles by ECI partners and designing the digital strategy for the UK’s largest funeral provider as well as authoring the 2015 British Venture Capital Association annual portfolio performance report.

Prior to this Theo was a member of the core team setting up MBI vehicle Nithia Capital which successfully acquired Turchrome, a leading chrome producer.

Principal experience developing real estate where he has managed in excess of 10 acquisitions and renovations with a combined EV in excess of £15m.

Active interest in tech currently acting as non-exec advisor to the world’s largest collectable loaning database and, a security intelligence platform.

CFA approved person, holds an investment management certificate, financial modelling diploma from Cass Business School and a BA from the University of Durham.
