Dr Sittard has had over 30 years' experience at the top tier of international business, having held the position of CEO and Chairman of FTSE listed ENRC PLC, President and COO of Ispat International (now Arcelor Mittal) and Chairman of International Mineral Resources.
Dr Sittard has successfully conducted business on five continents overseeing ENRC's growth from an EBITDA of £300m to £1.5bn managing in excess of 70,000 employees.

Dr Emad Abdulaziz El-Dukair is the founder and CEO of The Care Group, a leading player in the public-private integrated partnerships sector. He is a Senior Advisor to the Board of Directors of InterHealth Canada Ltd, as well as a member of the Advisory Board of the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council. In 2008, InterHealth Canada Ltd won the Latin American Deal of the Year Award and was rated one of the top 100 PPP players in the world by KPMG. He is chairman of the Saudi-Canadian Business Council and the Co-Chair of the PPP committee of the Saudi-British Business Council.
Dr El-Dukair has helped design, build, and finance infrastructure projects in numerous countries around the world, from the Turks and Caicos to Poland.
Dr El-Dukair has broad experience across a number of sectors with interests ranging from major education projects to sport and real estate.
David Cohen is the chairman of BMO REIT India, where he has overseen the development of over 1 million square foot of residential real estate in Pune and Calcutta.
Mr Cohen ran D&H Cohen, a UK clothing manufacturer specialising in men’s, ladies’ and children’s wear, before selling it to Alexon. He was later CEO and Chairman at Perot Systems International, where he established and chaired the Indian subsidiary which grew to $100m revenues in 8 years.
He is the co-founder of First Dolphin Investments, a private investment fund with over 40 investments in credit, private equity and public markets. As a serial investor, he has backed early and mature ventures in healthcare, technology, retail, energy, and financial services among other sectors.
He is an active philanthropist focusing primarily on education and healthcare, and a board member at the East West Institute.
